New Ab Plan

As mentioned I didn't have the equipment to stick with the other plan beyond the first two weeks, so here's the new one. http://www.mensfitness.com/fitness/workout/39
It's basically just two exercises performed as four supersets three times a week. Seems a little too easy. We shall see.

Abs this year, we work on the moobs next year.
